Famed Australian restaurant founder Bill Granger has opened his second restaurant in Japan, Yokohama’s Red Brick Warehouse. Granger, who is said to make the best breakfast in the world, opened his first bills restaurant in Japan at Shichigahama, Kanagawa, in March 2007, and has so far attracted more than 230,000 customers.
The new bills offers full menus at lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The breakfast menu includes such signature dishes as ricotta hotcakes with fresh banana and honeycomb butter, Granger’s acclaimed scrambled organic eggs with toast, as well as the Berry Berry Pancake, which is made with ricotta cheese and served with four kinds of berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and cranberry).
Granger, who opened his first bills in Sydney's Darlinghurst area, is widely credited with revolutionizing Australian breakfast culture. Lots of celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman are said to be big fans of bills.
The restaurant is located at 1-1-2, Shinko, Naka Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

I've been to Bills back in Woollahra in Sydney. Nice food, but a bit pricey.

Yay! another celebrity chef opens another over-priced restaurant.

Hope he charges 160% the value. A typical charge for western products in Japan.

These days, anything that is associated with Australia is over priced. This guy is a famous breakfast chef??? Never heard of him. If you look at the lineup of the celebrities that are mentioned, most of them are known as the cooks of Hollywood. I guess if you have their kind of money, you can be a fan of whatever you like...

"Granger, who opened his first bills ..." Is that a typo or is "bills" another one of those Austrailian-English words that means restaurant or something?

Been to his Shichigama restaurant for brekky and it was bloody nice. The scrambled eggs really were good. Pricey, yes, but worth it every now and then.
