If its true that there is a bird flu that has been detected then its possible we should see and less crows squawking all day.

Awesome statistic. Never would have guessed.

Over 600 billion financially-unviable ‘male’ chicks are culled each year across the world (The U.S. at only 300 million).

JAPAN consumes the most eggs of any country, an annual average of 320 eggs per individual.
https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/countries-that-consume-the-most-eggs.html -China is number 3, after Paraguay. - (The U.S. is NOT even in the top 10.)

As the threats to livestock, esp chickens and pigs by infectious disease has become an almost annual event, perhaps it's also time to re-assess the whole concept of factory farming.
The idea of 1,000s of chickens etc crammed into confined unnatural spaces, creating incredibly unhealthy conditions for the ease of spread of deadly diseases.
And then there's the whole moral issue of doing such.

Don’t think the U.S. FDA allows it Dr.TOM1957 10:49am, but didn’t the Philippines once allow consumption of culled chicken meat & eggs ? :

I hope they get this under control. For the chickens there is no treatment for avian flu. Destroying the birds are the only option.

Funny how there's a quick solution for birds but the government ran around like headless chooks in dealing with COVID.
