"" leading to the killing of over 4 million chickens, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.""

Poor Chickens.

"I would like (local authorities and livestock farmers) to take preventive measures under the assumption that anywhere around chicken houses is contaminated,"

And this ladies and gentlemen is how fear and mass hysteria is spread.

As bird flu spreads globally, it is believed that it has been brought into Japan by migratory birds.

Place them in the detention centers for birds.

When you see the conditions that the poor creatures are raised in....Im surprised it only causes bird flu ! Still....supply and demand...If the public demand this kind of food, pumped full of growth hormones and anti-biotics, then there will always companies who will supply this so called food. As @Mark said " Poor chickens ".

The Famous Azabu-Juban, Abe-Chan Yakitori restaurant should pay more attention to cooking their Chicken Yakitori better, rather than leaving it pinkish as they've done of late. I would urge anyone buying Chicken cooked products, from anywhere, to test that they have been cooked properly, otherwise microwave or reheat them until the meat has turned completely white inside.

You have failed to prove or validate the scientific knowledge you are so eager to believe and defend is in actual fact correct.

On the opposite, even after mutiple requests nobody has been able to bring examples of respected scientific or medical institutions that contradict the consensus, this means the people that refuse to accept it are the ones that have not been able to defend their personal bias.

If you cannot prove it by yourself then your opinion is only an opinion .

That is a completely irrational thing to do, the evidence is there, and the people that work professionally to origin and evaluate that evidence have concluded things, this means that if you can't disprove them then their conclusions are valid, saying this is not "just an opinion" is an argument that you have not been able to even address, much less refute.

So, what part of the information in the article is false? what of the risks are unfounded? what measures unjustified? none? then this is not fear mongering, it is just information.

Interesting, there, the NoFlu strategy is fully applied, killing millions due to a very few cases. And no one really complains. But when affected themselves the humans do the contrary and let the corona viruses loose and give them all freedom to multiplying , replication, spreading and genetical recombinant resistive variants, almost limitless, even denying the theoretical need for simple temporary closures or a NoCovid strategy. Very strange behavior, those double-tongue creatures called Earthlings, aren’t they?

No, that is information, fear and hysteria is what people with irrational phobias towards scientific knowledge may feel, not not anybody rational.

You'll never get rid of bird flu, just like you'll never get of human flu.

Which is not the purpose of the measures, the actual purpose is to decrease the risk for unnecessary outbreaks of new strains of the virus, there is nothing ridiculous about this and it is a very effective measure.

But when affected themselves the humans do the contrary and let the corona viruses loose and give them all freedom to multiplying , replication, spreading and genetical recombinant resistive variants, almost limitless, even denying the theoretical need for simple temporary closures or a NoCovid strategy.

Imagine the complete lack of sympathy and logic that would make anybody think that letting people die unnecessarily with measures that do not surpass the efficacy of vaccination and prevention of complications and deaths. Do you also recommend amputation for all injuries? after all that is a very effective way to prevent new injuries from happening.

Countries like the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, allowed millions to die cumulatively, yet some people will actually brag about that strategy.

I have not seen that being done, if anything the countries deserving of praise are those that at the same time controlled the pandemic and did not need to use counterproducitve and unefficient measures like lockdowns, you yourself praised the policy of Sweden and how it is much better than the Chinese one.

Also, since you have repeatedly failed to prove covid is the only factor that affects the different economies then your claim about it can be discarded as irrelevant as well.

Excellent point.

Countries like the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia, allowed millions to die cumulatively, yet some people will actually brag about that strategy.

Meanwhile, China, on the advice of global health experts, did what other countries were doing, but did it with more foresight and ultimately success, and had the lowest rates of covid infections and deaths all the while seeing their economy attain positive growth, while the other countries fell into economic turmoil as soon as they eased covid restrictions.
