Police in Kakegawa, Shizuoka Prefecture, said Sunday that the bodies of three men were found among the ruins of a multifamily dwelling that was destroyed by fire.
According to police, flames were seen coming from a window on the second floor of the 3-story concrete building. TBS reported that it took firefighters about two hours to extinguish the blaze.
The three bodies found on the second floor are believed to be those of a 65-year-old man who lived in the building and his two sons, aged 43 and 41. The man's wife had gone to work at the time of the fire, police said.

This is my first ever time to comment on this site. Up until 2 years ago I lived in the Apartment above. The Family in question were very good to us, they were all top notch people. More than likely in was started through a cigarette. Murder, Suicide I believe is not involved....May they rest in peace. This is a total shock to us all

Poor wife ! What a horrible scene to come home to... RIP father and sons.

sounds a bit suspicious to me ... two sons, I assume both able bodied, yet none of them make it out alive? Or call for help? The fact that they are both still living at home at 41 and 43 is also kind of suspicious.
Murder suicide, is what my money is on.
