Are you sure? I see bentos all the time, I've never seen posts with Thai fruits.

If you want to impress your followers by learning how to play with food, try veg carving, is my suggestion. I am unsure what you mean. Have you ever seen Thai veg carving, Strangerland?

Can one make character food in an air-fryer? Mr Chicken nugget anyone?

If you can't read your Japanese air fryer manual, look online for an English version.

I like to get my オムライス with a smiley face on it; which is the universal character for 'not taking yourself too seriously'

Not that it is relevant, I actually use Google translate on my iPhone when I encounter language difficulties. The camera function is excellent, even a fiver year old could use it.

Plenty of online videos. Also for creating flower vegetables for Bento boxes.

Google "Chinese carrot carving". You can make flower, dragons... I find it very impressive.

たこさんウインナー is the easiest character food to make. Also, it has a practical application is it makes food easier to handle with chopsticks.

Plenty of online videos.

Can't find anything of character air-fry cooking.

But can you take with you and have at park? Or on you lunch break. Is it a full meal?

What a great idea. Those capitalizing on the tourism boom will be the survivors and thrivers of a declining economy.

That class looks cool. I wouldn't mind taking that class. I can show off to my daughters and my coworkers.

Reading the headline the first image I got was that the potential was from having people from the restaurants receiving the classes, which of course seemed quite a desperate and not very useful measure, then I realized the potential was in holding the classes.

The courses will have to be in Chinese as most tourists coming to Japan don’t speak English
