...then, wait until his Passport and or Visa expires. Where/how he got visa for Japan? Something funny if not fishy here.

If I were at Narita I would definitely treat him to a good lunch and a few beers! I like people who have the balls to keep trying! Here is a man who stands up for the things he believes in and gets crapped on by his own country!

Japan will simply have to grant him resident status - he will not be allowed back in China. Or, possibly the Republic of China (Taiwan) will grant him Citizen status? Anyway, good luck Feng-San. If you are still there at Narita at Christmas when I head back home, I will buy you some gyoza and haru-maki.

Nothing fishy there.. Japan give 3 month visas to 1000s of people everyday. His sister lives here.... He is only from China.
