I don't see the connection between earthquake restoration that happened on Jan 1 2024, and the release of crested ibises in 2026, with that whooping amount of budget?

The Crested Ibises are a very beautiful endangered bird.

It's a wonderful example of Japan-China cooperation and friendship. There are so many other opportunities but it takes two to tango and the Kishida regime has been AWOL in terms of engaging with China is a positive, friendly manner.
