Please define "relatively" here? I mean really now, building a shrine in an area that is not clear of radiation does not seem to be the wisest of moves.

I am surprised that they chose Futaba town, which is not far from the crippled plant. The people from the town are living outside of the town, and most of them (60%) do not want to go back.

All radiation levels in Futaba are above government limits and more than two thirds of the area will be off limits for decades. Better to build it in a place that is both easy and safe to visit.

Human levels. But thank you for your support for my cause. I know you support NPP from posts, and I think it is good to find the solution to problems. I have some good experiences with people in Fukushima and the surrounding prefectures. We have to help each other.
