Japanese-founded NGO helps mold Filipino kids' character

The best intervention is to help rural kids so that they don't need to go to Manila to work. Helping kids who are already in Manila, and in turn, will eventually be exposed to Manila's corrupt and dog-eat-dog culture is not as satisfying as compared to helping the rural kids.

Sounds like a wonderful program! Good news they are now introducing it in Japan!
