What a boring article. Everyone helps in that kind of situation.

There should be NO mention of faith, we all help one another in times of crises.

This is the REAL Islam.

The pathologically dishonest see all kinds of ulterior motives.

I think the old saying goes is that the tragedy of the dishonest is not that nobody believes them, it’s that they can’t believe other people.

Very wise observation.

These are good people. They live in Japan, love the nation and are doing what they can to help their struggling fellow man, woman and child. An Indian friend of mine did the same in the wake of the 2011 disaster up in Tohoku. Some people are just selfless and they deserve praise.

Wishing them and the people of Noto all the best in the recovery.

Religious charity of all faiths is done to look good in God's eyes. They are scoring points from God.

However, this dies not mean that there is no benefit to those in need. As in this case

I don't understand why it is news what their faith is?

They are done great job. Those who say everyone does it, should read article more careful. They didn’t sit in their comfort and send few dollars hoping someone else would do the actual work. They have given their own time and actual effort to carry food to the people who are in difficult condition.

Frankly, i believe only very few people in the world would go through such efforts to help others, extremely rare.

Muslims are very generous, even if they have very little themselves. If you’re hungry and have no money, go to a mosque anywhere in Japan on a Friday and they will give anyone, especially, infidels, a free meal. No need to rob a supermarket.

More than 100,000 Muslims are living in Japan.

As long as Muslim demands do not interfere with the secular laws of the country and their desire to ‘fit in’ supersedes those of the Koran then it’s all good.

Great. What have you done?

Life is a precious gift. Serving food to the hungry is a mission second to none. Long live life.
