Its more like a literal display of it. I think you are out of line to accuse him of being dishonest just because he has not openly declared his sexual kink directly and verbally. Pretty much NO ONE does that, even if their fetish is in the dark, under the covers, with their spouse and only for procreation. It just isn't done and not this guy's fault or responsibility. Anybody with half a clue knows what is going on.
