Let us know when you protest factory farming methods in the West. There are a slew of videos available online that document the horror, pain and suffering that cattle and pigs endure on their way to their industrialized demise. Cattle demonstrate complex social behavior and pigs are believed to be fairly intelligent animals.

While I feel sorry for those dolphins who get it at Taiji, the animal world is all about getting savagely ripped apart and gobbled up by some nasty, toothy beast anyway.

In our day, we are faced with many philosophies, some true and some false. There are groups today, whose philosophy is that people are merely higher-functioning animals.
