I went to an exhibition / art sale of his work in Ofunato in Iwate I think it was about 2 years ago. Just spectacular seeing his work in the flesh.

A truly amazing artist that hopefully gets more recognition outside of the circles that already know and praise his work. He’s famous among gamers for his art for covers like Final Fantasy and more but the guys range and talent is way beyond that. Taking a look at his works outside of gaming is real impressive
