Which Japanese group is politically stronger: those making their livings getting food from the sea, or those from major industries with zero regard for ways their industries' use of energy and the pollution created by their industries affect climate change.

Actually when the water gets too warm it kills the coral ......that's why Typhoons help cool the water ...Look it up'
