Gov't eyes holding university entrance exams in January as planned

Entrance Exams? Why? As the birth rate declines, applicants will decline. As applicants decline, the number of high school teachers and university professors decline. The situation is extremely serious, and the previously mentioned groups need to consider their livelihood and politicians need to consider the economic future of Japan.

There are too many political and corporate fingers in pies for this to ever change.
