The IAEA has been in Japan since the Fukushima Daiichi accident. They setup headquarters in Tokyo and if you go to their website, there are no end to the environmental studies of nuclear radiation research being done by them. Why they have not insisted on Fukushima Daiichi being entombed is beyond me. They know it is a disastrous bio hazardous environment for the people in Fukushima and beyond.

“We have to focus on tackling the challenges of inspection system and human resources.”

Excuse me for picturing one 75 year-old inspector in a little white kei car for the whole network.

There is no doubt they are incompetent and we are prone to a next man-made disaster soon or later.
