Yeah, I copped a wiff of that as my wifey was watching it. It seems, as far as the Japanese are concerned he is still an 8y/o black kid singing about his pet rat and not a white eccentric recluse with a fetish for young boys.

This is probably one of the most ignorant comment I've read here ! Some people really got some serious issues. As soon as you sleep in the same room with children, they treat you as a child molester. What's wrong with you people ?

These allegations destroyed MJ's life and health. He went through hell. You're talking about two laws, one for the rich and one for the poor. I don't understand where you're point is cause MJ was judged like any other citizen and was found not guilty on all counts. The boy's family was known to be cam actors. The charges and proofs were beyong ridiculous (they even sized an Anne Geddes' book as an item !)

As for the charges in 1993, if the Santa Barbara DA wasn't out to 'kick the ***** out of his country', these charges would have been dropped. There were evidences of blackmail. MJ's insurance agreed to pay the money cause the evidences were so strong ! Evan Chandler (the boy's father) was a known crook and shot himself when MJ died.

I know all these fact and don't even live in the US. Please, check the facts before judging anybody.

That happens when unlike the Japanese you don't know how to appreciate art and talent. It's a question of sensitivity and education.

If I did not see it for myself or have some extremely reliable information I will never beleive what other people or media say. I only base my judgement on things that I have personally seen. I really do not know what kind of person MJ was. Some of you say things like as though you have sen it for your self.The way you are saying some things is like, you walked into MJs bedroom and you saw him lying in bed with children. And the other thing is his own sister's husband who was a Jehovah's witness was responsible for some of the accustaions and trouble in that family. If you know how religious cults acts, then you can go figure.

oh sorry you said 'appreciate' art. so only Japanese are true fans of anything. I get it. all that sensitivity and education breeds the best fans in the world, I see. Don't get me wrong, Japan 'produces' some of the greatest art in the world but I doubt you'd know anything about it, you just 'appreciate' art. I understand the fascination with M.Jackson, no different from being fascinated by an actor, novelist, historical figure or serial killer. A few years ago he was a media leper. No Music, No TV, No Tours, bankrupt and living in exile. the cashing in and hypocrisy surrounding this is wholly repugnant. I know I lack neither sensitivity nor education.
