Still waiting for the studies to come out about how the Covid-19 restrictions, which lead to CO2 declines beyond any environmentalists's wildest dreams, lead to cooler temperatures and less climate change. Surely they are coming no?

No, because that's not how it works. Climate change is not caused by the emissions themselves, but by the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. The CO2 emissions decreased during the pandemic, but the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere did not.

Those in Japan may have dropped but Chinese and Indian emissions have soared…
