They are eaten in Mexico- particularly in the states of Morelos and Guerrero. They say the flavor resembles cinnamon, or sometimes a bitter medicinal flavor. The bugs can be used for making sauces or as taco filling.

My local combini sometimes has to use brooms to sweep them away. A friend of mine recently moved house because she hates them so much. Don’t stand on them!

Spiders
Assassin bugs
Predatory stink bugs
Parasitic flies

I will never forget biting down on it.
