It's a little teeny rocket with a little teeny payload. And Japan doesn't have nukes. I don't think DPRK will worry about it. (They might use the opportunity to complain about it, though.)

The warheads on those teeny little Sparrow air-to-air missiles range from 20 kg to 40 kg. Compare that to the 3 kg on this Japanese rocket.

Kim is claiming that his country's missilévwill reach west casts of USA very soon. Both China and US military experts are commenting. Japan does not have big mouth and so it must be showing off this rocket to Kim?

Ummm... not quite the same thing... at all. Though, yes, there is a lot less of the word "missile" being used to replace "rocket".

Going into space is hard the way we currently do it. People don't seem to understand that.

There are millions of things that can go wrong with every flight. Rockets are a controlled 8+min explosion and the ride isn't all that smooth for unmanned versions.

Well, unlike North Korea, Japan isn't trying to develop ballistic missiles to use against other countries. Japan also isn't subject to UN sanctions over its missile project, like North Korea is.

not really a failure just a practice for future non take offs will recover satellite and use a bigger rocket with chinese controls in it
