But won't expect that Japanese embassy will be very last embassy to leave Ukraine.

Japan should evacuate its personnel while it still can, just saying. It will complicate a lot of things should any Japanese foreign office with Japanese nationals still inside be struck and taken out with Russian ordnance.

Boy, that took them a long time! I thought they would have hightailed it out of there on the first day!!

Russia only attacks military targets. It has never attacked an embassy. Unfortunately some civilians have died in crossfire or because military or militia place weapons in residential buildings. We should maintain a skeleton staff for information and assistance. But there are Ukrainian false flags…

Russia has completely smashed and destroyed the beautiful old center of Karkhov. See independent news sources like Al Jazeera.

It looks as if they have made an example of Ukraine's second city as a demonstration of what will now happen to Kyiv. Probably a wise choice to move out temporarily.

Not exactly the last chopper out of Saigon, more like the first Lexus out of Lviv.

With Russian indiscriminate bombing and artillery barrages, probably a good idea to leave. Leveling a city does not mean that embassies are magically spared.

Idiots !

They should have bin out Ukraine a month ago.

This where linear thought pattern is practically non existent to put it mildly.

Did they really think the crisis in Ukraine would get better before it got worse ?

Jeeze Louise !
