Seems the Filipinos haven't forgotten. But the aggressor this time is Neo Imperial China, not Japan.

Well they are recon aircraft which can be used in search and rescue. So they have a civilian mission and Japan should give them to the Philippines. I think P3 aircraft as well but without the military systems installed or disabled.

Definitely a good idea.

You know since Japan signed that secrecy law, its nice to know that people are still leaking stuff to the media. But this would help out the Philippines a lot.

The last time, Japan's propaganda was DaiTouA KyoEiKen Abr is secretive. Is China really Japan's enem or friend ? Both have been cooperating for economic prosperity of Chian for many years. Mitsubishi? Mitsui? Aren't they in Chna for years?

if these flying antiques would help the Philippines stealubg more rocks and reefs by flying more flights,may God help them

President Obama just said that he wants to take care of USA without asking to borrow from China.

Japan = America's lapdog ... I believe that is the correct term.

I am not sure if Philippines could fight as it has relied on gifts of military equipment from other countries.
