They didn't think to do this when they started allowing doctors to do it? Yikes.

If they can’t visit a pharmacist, they probably can’t use a computer

It's fine for a consultation, although they are the most accessible of healthcare professionals; but they'd still need to visit a physician if there is any change to be made in their medication, as a prescription would probably be needed.
