Fine, if you want to go, first sign a waiver, agreeing that IF and more likely WHEN you get abducted and held for ransom, the Japanese government will have no responsibility whatsoever for your safe return, and the government also refuses to allow any media coverage regarding any incidents that may affect you and your safety.
You want to go, go, just dont expect anyone to come running to your aid.
