Drove around there once - it's situated on the tip of a cape surrounded by nothing but beautiful countryside and superb roads. I drove around slowly just to have a look and found myself immediately followed by a police car. They didn't stop me but observed closely and shadowed me until I had left the area.

Both Kyushu power and Kansai power failed to update their reactors to prevent terrorism according to the new NRA regulations. Maybe, they thought they could get away with it.
