Japan will avoid the basic things that need to boost mental health which are less working overtime, work life balance, social life etc. However Japan still try to find a shortcut for all of those necessities.

I think the Beach Boys put forward this idea with their seminal work - Good Vibrations.

This was encapsulated by the defining result of their arduous work -

"...I'm pickin' up good vibrations,

She's giving me excitations ..."

Lacking any real knowledge of the mind and its functions, the Mental Health "Industry" clutches at straws. "Maybe vibration will work . . ."

The vibration that is felt when cats are purring closely next to their human has also been suggested to help mental health!

I wonder why my post got minus seven points. Does anyone really think that the mental health guys have any successes? "I used to suffer from depression, but now I'm cured and blissfully happy!"
