So another sales campaign to get rid of "over-production"?? I remember last year we were unable to get our "favorite" paper for a couple of weeks. Maybe this is the 3rd arrow in PM Abe's economy stimulation attempt? Or wait, maybe it's number 4?

Maybe a monsterous earthquake is imminently , this is very real and serious that the Abe govt dont want to tell the public straight forward to cause social panic or demoralizes!

See that's the difference: in Japan they stockpile toilet paper;, in the US we stockpile ammo

Single layer toilet paper is soooooooo useless that you end up using twice as much because it is soooooooo thin. Why even make the stuff. I am so glad that washlets take care of most the business otherwise I'd go nuts with the use of that single layer sand paper.

That is the most expensive toilet paper I have ever seen!
