So then just a suggestion. Lower Japans income tax by say 5% and raise consumption tax by 2% and let tourists cover the missing 3%.

Remember when Schwarzenegger showed up in his private jet and forgot his passport? Of course, he was let in.. Two separate rules, one for the monied and another for taxpayers.

Hmmm... Bit of a mixed message here. On one hand, the government wants to make it easier for the rich jet set to come and go on their private planes while, on the other hand, encouraging the rest of society to adopt personal carbon trackers, stop eating meat, and limit travel within within 15 minute cities.

The move is intended to increase the number of high net-worth foreign visitors by allowing more flexible travel itineraries, as private jets are often used by high-profile individuals who seek convenience, comfort and privacy.

I invest what I can exactly on these things but it's still hard for me to imagine jetting off to wherever I want, shop, eat, stay and not even worry about excess baggage or flight schedules, good life of quite a few who want to lecture the masses about carbon footprint.

Customs will watch out for passengers departing on private jets, with very large cases for audio equipment!

Japan will ease landing and other access procedures at airports for foreign private jets that arrive in the near future in hopes of attracting more big-spending tourists.

The LDP making it easier for privileged oligarchs to bypass all the customs procedures that delay the proles and burn huge amounts of jet fuel for them and theirs enjoyment, pumping out obscene amounts of CO2.

Very eco and SDG.

But remember to conserve electricity use the air conditioner sparingly this summer! We just gave Dentsu a nice contract to promote this on all the broadcaster.

The alternative? Put him in a detention center? Just imagine the headlines: "Arnold passed away after spending 10 years in Japanese detention center".

No airport staff was ever contested for not following the procedure when Ghosn escaped.

You don't follow the rules if you're part of the system.
