You've certainly nailed it there though. Some joker on here always trots out that line.
I do hope Amami gets recognised, it's an amazing place that deserves more recognition, which would hopefully lead to more funding for the last big push to rid the islands of the mongoose.

Unesco should just bar Japan from any more claims. enough is enough.
