not nearly impossible just in reality impossible. If it hit rather then flew over that’s at least a minute less of flight time. This is about getting the public panicking making a tax rise for defence spending more palatable. I’m afraid my stomach finds it indigestible.

Yeah, it's called South Korea missing drones flying over Seoul and nearby areas with impunity. Their own military had to apologies and promise it won't happen again.

Japan just recently increase it's military budget, South Korea it's been doing it with no restrictions or limitations for decades! Yet they can't detect, stop or shoot down basic drones that cost less then an Iphone to make. Probably using Samsung technology.

This story has absolutely nothing to do with South Korea, unless you assume South Korea is a guardian for Japan? Japan is apparently clueless about defence. They issued a warning that coincided with the missile being over (head that’s going to help?)They issued a (coast guard) statement saying a North Korean missile splashed downed on the west of Japan, 32 minutes after it launched? after flying over Japan. It didn’t even get near Japan it smashed into the sea to the east of Japan. So what are they doing? They seem to be utterly clueless.

That system is worthless militarily, but very effective politically.

That succeeded to mislead Japanese general public as if political and military demonstration from North Korea toward US is attack to Japan.
