Joint exercises between allies is a common practice, they take quite a lot of time to organise so this was probably arranged long before the latest brouhaha blew up.

Exercises or not, I'm sleeping much better now that our two countries are working together and in a position to react to any incoming attacks during the exercises. Way to go Defense Forces and US Forces.

I see. So NK has been harping on for decades and everyone just let slip. However, seeing as abes regime is on the coals, this drama has been upped by a mile. The moment his rating fell below 30%, this was inevitable. May the fear/war mongering continue.
