True, these exercises are planned months in advance, but don't you think NK just might have been on the planners' minds at that time?

Joint exercises between allies is a common practice, they take quite a lot of time to organise so this was probably arranged long before the latest brouhaha blew up.

Exercises or not, I'm sleeping much better now that our two countries are working together and in a position to react to any incoming attacks during the exercises. Way to go Defense Forces and US Forces.
