Great! Now he can be an excellent lawyer and find loopholes in the system.

I wonder if this law firm that hired Komura Kei regrets taking him on and all the baggage. They have foot the bill for his studies, and he plans to take the New York bar exam, which means he most likely will stay in the US. So what did they get for their investment? And this is now the second time someone else has ponied up for Komura's education!

Great, and this is important news for us...why?

The Elite dont look for loop holes, they create them. Hence why you only see Elite in Japanese Cabinet.

The important thing is whether he can speak up that I doubt.

That's great. It's passing the bar that counts here.

The Japanese version of Meghan Markle. Marriage for convenience, money and status.

They technically have, and now they're clogging up all those afternoon yik-yak shows on TV.
When King Edward VIII gave up his crown to marry Mrs. Simpson, he became a duke. Then during WW2 they were exiled to the Bahamas because they sympathisized with the Axis. Go figure.

His education costs at Fordham would’ve easily run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars; something mainstream media here appears to be under instruction never to mention. Or, in the vaguest and most cursory way. If it ever comes out that the public purse funded his fifty thousand plus annual school fees and God knows how much in ancillary expenses for his extended US sojourn, there’ll be hell to pay.

He has to pass the NY Bar first.

A Japanese lawyer who can handle legal affairs in the US.

Is there some reason to believe that his law school education was funded by the public?
oyatoi
Only the absence of a categorical refutation allaying suspicion that it is.
OssanAmerica
LOL.
