Longer, wetter than usual rainy season ends in Tokyo area

Indeed crickey. It sucks that the neighbors complain about your pool.

One of my kids pools melted one season. Was so hot. I love it though.

My neighbors are asking me when are you going to fill the pool?

I need an official response.

Seriously all the kids in my street are waiting. Not in a creepy way. It was way too hot today but forcast was rain. So not today.

My sister in law lives opposite her daughter popped out complete with a swim ring only to be confronted with concrete, sorry about that.

Much less sunshine than normal this rainy season in Nagano. Rainfall and temps were the historic averages.

It was great to have cool temperatures- looking forward to the August holiday being dry though

H'mmm will we see a poor rice harvest like in the late 90s I think it was when Japan ran out of the stuff, those who MUST have rice might be a good idea to stock up a bit, just sayin!

Usually we have about 10000 people dead or hospitalized by this time of year. It's been a merciful summer so far.

Perhaps because Tokyo doesn't have six months of snow?  I lived in Aomori for four years before moving down to Tokyo.  As an avid golfer, I definitely appreciate the nearly year-round opportunities to golf in the Kanto region.
