I felt it here in Yokohama... Are they REALLY thinking of starting up nuclear plants in this earthquake prone country ? (Don't start again about it being the "tsunami" and not the earthquake - what "triggers" a tsunami if not an earthquake ?)

Kind of hard to read these articles when I keep getting pop ups generated here to post what I am reading in JapanToday on FaceBook. Why are these happening?

Keep your mouse away from the links (little boxes) to the left of the article and you won't see them.

Yeah, lets start those nuclear reactors......NOT!!!!

They say the brain hardens as we get older. Those old politicians need to abandon their quest.

Interesting ad hominem. So using your line of logic.

Those vested interests overseen by the IAEA in the nuclear industries including the military needs to be questioned also.

Because vested interests make a living out of nuclear energy and spreading fear alsoFear of not having enough energy, fear of national security.

Jeez, how much longer can Fukushima continue to stand up to these things?

Fairewinds is run by a man whose livelihood depends on spreading fear about nuclear power. Possibly the least trustworth source.

Forever, basically. A Shindo 4 won't cause any sort of damage to structures.
