Mitsubishi Estate will host Halloween events in the Marunouchi area on Naka-dori, which runs through the heart of the district. From Oct 13 through Oct 31, Naka-dori will be decorated with large pumpkin baskets.
Children from neighboring kindergartens will take part in Halloween costume parades on Oct 30 and Oct 31, among other activities hosted during the period. The parades begin in front of Shin-Tokyo Building on Oct 30 from 3 p.m. and Oct 31 from 10 a.m. and again at 2 p.m.
