Gokai-wo-maneku

Hes becoming the Japanese male version of the Kardashians

Ugh, the very apogee of creepy capitalism. No pun intended, natch.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

His recruiting sounded too ridiculous from the start.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Lots of people putting down Maezawa. But he is a billionaire. How many of us can say the same?

-6 ( +2 / -8 )

Can you say "publicity stunt"?

4 ( +4 / -0 )

Not sure what info was required for the applications, but he now has 27,000+ worth of personal info at his disposal. Perhaps this was his main objective? Sounds like a creep

This guy is such a tool. Can’t get over his short-legged complex.

♫ Fry me to za moon end rett me pray ammangs za stalls...

Maezawa got the phone call from Elon Musk that he paid for only single seat.

Pathetic attention seeker. Just do someting good with our millions and stop wasting people's time !Just to take the piss , I'd sue that cretin for emotional distress !

Nothing but a PR stunt.

Dude, you're a billionaire. Take them ALL to your private island

Money can't buy me love.'

can buy you lots and lots of sex though.

'Money can't buy me love.'

"To think that 27,722 women, with earnest intentions and courage, had used their precious time to apply makes me feel extremely remorseful," he added.

Translation: None of the gold-diggers that applied were attractive enough.

7 ( +9 / -2 )

Self-Centered egotist. And super tacky.

12 ( +12 / -0 )

All the need for publicity seems like an addiction. One of his stunts might not go as plan. People will get tired of him making announcements then pulling out at the last minute.

I wouldn't be surprised if had some kind of breakdown if all of his 7,000,000 followers on social media were to disappear.

He sold his company and he resigned from his post with the company. He has nothing better to do.

Wasn't he forced to step because of bad business decisions that caused the company to lose money?

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Disillusioned

he’s had about twenty 15-minutes of fame moments so far. This guy craves publicity, so I’m sure it won’t be his last publicity stunt

@sensei258

I honestly don't think he has problems getting a girlfriend. I think he just really loves the attention and he's bored. He sold his company and he resigned from his post with the company. He has nothing better to do.

11 ( +11 / -0 )

really? just greedy gold diggers ... nothing to be remorseful about...

1 ( +4 / -3 )

yeh just a big scheme to get a kick out of and show off, seen this sort of thing before, they always pull out at the last moment

7 ( +7 / -0 )

Gives off douche chills big time. Cat needs a big slice of humble/humility pie me thinks.

10 ( +11 / -1 )

He got his 15 minutes of fame from it. He probably already has a girlfriend.

12 ( +12 / -0 )

The ultimate pickup line.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

The free worldwide publicity has certainly helped Mr Maezawa-very astute!

4 ( +6 / -2 )

You two need to keep up; reading never killed anyone, as far as I know.

He just split up from Ayame Goriki.

He's well capable of finding another one without your chipping in with silly observations.

-5 ( +10 / -15 )

You know there's something wrong with you if you're a billionaire and you still can't get a girlfriend

I was thinking the EXACT same thing! Maybe, dont know him personally, just maybe, he has the personality of a rock, or stuck up!
