There is no Sato Sea in that location.

There is a Seto Sea.

No snow at all in Tokyo's forecast this morning for at least the entire week. Today's high is 13, so quite warm and sunny.

Except Osaka. Whenever it's cold enough to snow we see clear skies (but get the full-on cold winds). If there is going to be precipitation, it always warms up enough to rain.

With the cold winter perhaps it will cause a baby tsunami in the spring?

Think that was 2014. Valentine's Day if I'm not mistaken. That was a freak snowstorm that came from the south, broke records all across Kanto but barely touched Nagano.

Kumagaijin - and exactly two weeks later there was another. Was awesome.

Kanto Koshin is kind of a big area. I’m not seeing that much snow in Tokyo’s forecast anywhere. Knock on wood.
