The Headline reflects on un-thankful attitude of japanese media. Instead of pointing at the mess japanese couple created in India, they are blaming indian law. Baby's father himself is a doctor (though article does not mention it) they should have carried out this operation in their own clinic in Japan.

the reason for not giving the visa is know here and its a law in India. Then why the idotic comment on Indian Bureaucracy.
