Why do you address the Emperor of Japan as just Akihito? I think it should always be, 'Emperor Akihito.' Don't you think?

The title makes it sound as they are very old...
On a related note, both monarchs also share the fact they both have no executive power, not even the reserved kind, as in the UK or Denmark.
