Don’t get so excited. This is an easy peesy job but took 8 years. Nothing to do with stopping continually leaking radiation from the meltdowns in the air, sea and water tables.

Seriously, just get together your full crew of foreign "trainees", gather all the bulldozers you have on site, and bulldoze everything into the sea. You can have a press conference, bow deeply while laughing, blame it on the foreigners, and then everything can wash towards Hawaii and the US West Coast.

@shaved, novel idea, but encasing in concrete will be a bit wiser. I think you down known about the Oyashio and the Kuroshio countercurrents. Oh, and the migration of sea creatures.
