It is a time of the year when the world watches Japan .. and smiles.

I was at Yasukini shrine on Friday afternoon (to beat the cool wet weather this weekend) and almost every tree there was full bloom.

The Higashikurume Kominkan class will go to Iseki Koen next Saturday. We will arrive at 11:30 a.m. eating different kinds of delicious ostumami and drinking beer, wine, shochu and sake I suppose. I'll make a lot of burritos. Hope it doesn't rain. Teru teru bozu time.
