Women "above age 30 are useless," sounds vaguely familiar.
Anybody remembers Ishihara's famous words "old women who live after they have lost their reproductive function are useless and are committing a sin," ???

... superiors told her to "go die"
Reminds me of the infamous: Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso has provoked anger after suggesting it would be better if elderly citizens hurried up and died lest they act as a drain on the budget.

Hmmmmm...... Seems like standard harassment story,. Getting staff to wear costumes here shouldn't be that hard given the love of cosplay and dressing up.

7.5 million yen is chump change for Disney. They should sue for much more.

Too bad suing for money is the only way to do things. Companies should be sued for jobs to be taken away. Then these jerks could really feel the pain.

Disneyland : The happiest place on earth! (for like 14 mins)
Any reason why this case was denied? Because it seems like a a clear case of work harassment/bullying to me!
