We close the week by analyzing the hospital situation in Tokyo Prefecture.

https://stopcovid19.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/en/

With today's data. The total number of people hospitalized with Coronavirus is 1696. Back to similar numbers as of December 3, 2020.

We will also analyze the level of decline, taking the score per 100,000 inhabitants.

The rate of hospitalized coronavirus patients in Tokyo Prefecture. Last Sunday, February 21, was 14,58 points.

The rate of hospitalized coronavirus patients in Tokyo Prefecture. Today, Sunday, February 28, is 12,15 points.

This week. The drop in hospitalized coronavirus patients was 2,43 points.

If this trend does not change. Next week, total hospitalization should drop below 10 points. This level is very important. In accordance with international standard parameters. Because going below that figure would mean dropping 1 level on the danger scale.

On a color scale. It would be to go from the orange level to yellow. (stable situation)

This is very good news, but we must be cautious. And don't relax. This pandemic has shown that it could still worsen the situation again.

@Sandy That’s nothing to wonder about at all? Senior residences, hospital visits, department store shopping sprees, public transportation and all such. When were you shopping in the city all day long the last time, if having the money for that? No need to answer, but those most ‘vulnerable’ age groups have the tons of cash and spend it daily and in masses directly at the virus hot spots. lol

Makes you wonder where the 60 and over crowd got it.
