Tokyo to begin seeking names for giant panda cub

Does the name have to be Chinese as well, as part of the loan agreement? I'm guessing yes since I've never heard of a panda anywhere that didn't have one.

I've always been a fan of Sun-wukong, but I don't think the monkey king will work.
