President Trump was helping make progress on the abductee issue because North Korea respected him. It’s disappointing that the effort has now been set back for the foreseeable future.

Please provide some concrete examples of this "progress." I'm sure that the families of the abductees would like to see it.

Yamaha Yokota father went to his grave and now the son is left to seek closure. Let’s not hope he has a son who will inherit the same duties.
