Vietnam expects Japan coast guard ships next year

Its great that Japan is helping Vietnam. Vietnam is the most honest nation on Earth and if they say something is theirs, well, surely it must be.

Japan has one of the best fishing industry in the world who could provide a lot of advice and assistance in this area.
