Super Mario theme park to open at Universal Studios Japan in February

One would think social distancing means nothing here.

I'd love to take my kids there, but you know that you'll basically be spending the whole time there in line for one or two rides.

I always thought it was strange that there wasn’t a Mario / Nintendo based theme park in Japan.

Well, now I can think of a place someone by the name of Abe can work, if he ever gets kicked out of his current job!

Sounds interesting, but if they require masks, they won't get any business from me.

Wearing a mask isn't a problem for us, and social distancing - ie space between you and other people - would be a positive rather than a negative in this context, were it possible.

So this a separate Super Mario theme park and not the Nintendo World Zone within USJ that they planned? Then the 4th paragraph calls it an attraction. Is this a theme park, zone or attraction?

Its just part of USJ, not a seperate theme park unto itself.
