2017 Miss International Japan

I always find myself looking at photos like these and am left wondering why in the hell they can't come up with a better substitute for the crowns that these beautiful young women end up wearing. Not very flattering, in my opinion

I saw some of her other pictures, shes pretty cute. I just don't like these miss Universe contests.

Good to see they actually chose a 100% Japanese person for one of these awards, after the other recent debacles.

Ridiculous and bigoted comment. If someone is Japanese, regardless of any ethnic origin, and eligible for any such contests. More than 1 in 20 babies born here today have a NJ parent - and this will increase. Deal with it, or perhaps leave if you dont like the changes.

I think people are just being sarcastic here. But honestly. I bet Tsutsui won't be getting any nasty abuse on Japanese social media.

I think only Miss Universe Japan needs that. Miss International is slightly less worldly -- limited more to the globe than the universe of Japan.

While some may find her attractive, I think Priyanka is way more beautiful than this woman here.

I would like to see just how international she is. I would give her maybe,... one day before she goes complete ghost on me by text. the text would most likely start with 'please teach me English! ^^)' and then the next day gone..why even use that title?? its almost like katakana.
