Another mockery of the English language to annoy the hell out of English teachers for the next few months just after the 'novelty' of "Why Japanese people!" has finally worn off. I wish that someone would come up with a catchphrase or song which was actually real English for once! It's yet another excuse for the Japanese to treat English as a joke and to laugh it off rather than actually seriously doing something about learning it.

But Atsugiri Jason, the "Why Japanese People" guy, is making bank doing TV appearances. I even saw him doing a Discovery Channel commercial.

@asakura, unfortunately anglos have been ruining the English language for decades (lyrics, social media, journos and so on). Pretty low standards have been set, don't expect too much from others. (Also true for other languages btw, poor grammar has become the norm).

Classic Japan Today comments section; Fun Kiddie PoP thing dragged through the mud for not being Rock and Roll or deep enough for the 'adults' here to 'get'. LOL.

I've seen the video and quite magnetic but I don't see any value in watching it. As the Japanese said, it is baka-bakashi. So I don't understand why he received a Guinness World record certificate ... Seem like the standard of value of this world has reached its bottom.
