Yeh, the Americans gave this OILMAN (which is why he got the job from Bushieboy) the costume. Before it was three piece suits. He is far, far more Western than Afghan, but we needed a good puppet. Unfortunately, he and his brother are very corrupt and are bad puppets. So we will soon get rid of this here puppet, and put in another one. Like we did with S.Vietnam when we owned that. Moral--getting good help is so hard nowadays. Everyone wants a piece of the pie and then another piece of the pie and then the entire pie and then the pie factory!!!

You cannot say much from the photos.Besides politics, some of the islam countries have some very courteous bows and gestures and the clothing is very special at official meetings.
